The Trouble Doctor™

Trouble Doctor is the trade name for workplace services aligning corporate and personal goals.  The Trouble Doctor diagnoses and treats the human elements that threaten or promote success. Whether with individuals, groups or organizations the Trouble Doctor heals intense, emotional turmoil.

Diagnosis and Treatment

Understanding the implications of family dynamics on business requires both resourceful, diplomatic probing and a knowledge of family function and organizational behavior.  Assessment includes both business considerations and issues of governance.  Influence in the business is related to family position, and disagreements go home with the participants.

Business Model

Looking at family owned business (FOB), many people see solutions to the problems as if the issues existed independent of the family ownership structure.  However, business problems in a FOB are often a reflection of the family structure and relationships.  By examining the multi-faceted relationships among the family members, we seek to incorporate into the business decisions the family values, constraints and structure.

As facilitators, we guide discussions, in a safe, secure environment, where the family’s emotions can be expressed, relationships adjusted, and conflicts resolved.

Once the personal and business goals are established, Fauecast coordinates the professionals who work for the business.  We have a “Ready Reserve” of experts who supplement the client firm’s current lawyers, accountants etc.
