Assisted Living: Fauecast views these projects as an alternative to large, institutional health care. It seeks to build small (15-20 people) facilities, centered around a semi- independent lifestyle. Its preferred locations are former estate homes converted into this form of congregate living.

Organizational Consultation: Health care organizations need a variety of consultation that relates to the human - organizational interface. Fauecast may help a Board of Directors chart the firm's future, reconstruct a long standing relationship within an organization, utilize some or all of the human resource programs above, or even realign directors, managers or staff to the new realities of health care.
