Dr. Jeffrey L. Faue is President of Fauecast Management
Consulting. Since 1984, the firm
provides out-source human resource management.
Frequently summarized as “the place to turn when in trouble,” the
firm focuses on troubled employees, work groups, sites, organizations and family
owned businesses. |
Services include
highly personalized employer - employee, organizational and HR specific
development and assistance. Program
elements include 1) complaint, compliance and investigator services, 2) program
audit and 3) design and delivery of productivity oriented education, training
and development.
Among the employee relations programs offered by Fauecast
are Employee Assistance Programs, E.A.Ps. These
services are highly personal, job related emotional and substance abuse
sensitive. Hence, the intricate
involvement of the firm with the client company. This approach increases utilization rates, solves union
referral problems, helps develop non-traditional referral sources and enhances
client company relations. It helps
troubled employees return to a high level of job performance.
